The grapes hand-harvested in “Marai” gives to our Brut an unique profile and elegance. A fresh acidity, minerality. Bubbles are powerful, a round opening with a persistant finish. Pineapple, pear, peach and yellow flowers flavours.
We produce our Rebus Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut exclusively with our hand-harvested Glera grapes taken in Rive di Guia, “Marai” vineyard. After 6 months of aging in steel we start the second fermentation with Martinotti method in autoclave. After 50 days of aging sur-lie we bottle it.
