Terroir is all
We strongly believe that a 100% Estate-Grown is essential to achieve the highest quality. In the hills of Valdobbiadene DOCG, only the expert manual work handed down through generations. No mechanization. And it is this empirical value that, together with the unique terroir of Guia, gives us a truly unique sparkling wine.
Not ordinary “Prosecco”
The grapes for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG are harvested from vines cultivated in an extraordinary land, where soil heterogeneity, climate, altitude, and water availability shape profound nuances. Guia, an area of about four square kilometers, represents the emblem of diversity. We exclusively select the finest bunches by hand, keeping them intact until soft pressing.
