    Valdobbiadene Sui Lieviti

    Incipit is the best knowledge about Valdobbiadene Oenology. Grapes are hand-harvested and selected in the old family vineyard located in Guia di Valdobbiadene. A small plot of about 1500 square meters in a steepy hills of Valdobbiadene. Three cadastral parcels of glera grapes: 649, 650 e 1118.

    Terroir

    In the Miocene, 23 million years ago, the soils of this vineyard were submerged by the sea. Today the vines are growning here, about twenty centimeters of organic soil guarantees an optimal water potential while in the subsoil of  clays and limestone manee give complexity and an unique minerality.

    Sui Lieviti

    An Heroic viticulture requires also a careful vinification. We decided to use bottle refermentation to express better these unique grapes. This give us our sparkling wine Valdobbiadene DOCG Sui Lieviti. A limited edition product. Every bottle is numerated
