Oltraval is a blend of four different traditionals grapes: glera, perera, bianchetta and verdiso. Is an unique lightly sparking wine with a gread acidity and minerality.
White sparking wine produced fromGlera, Perera, Verdiso and Bianchetta grapes. The second fermentation is made in the closed tank. With its fines bubbles is perfect during the lunch, paired with first or second dishes.
